Love Your Latency

Love Your Latency connects performers in different locations for improvisation over the internet. At last year’s Punkt Festival, the project presented a thought-provoking concert that took place simultaneously in Kristiansand and Oslo, with audiences in both cities. In this remix, musicians on stage in Kristiansand join forces with musicians in different locations, including Trondheim, Oslo, and a cabin near the paddling paradise of Fjorda.

The participants explore the vastly different sonic characteristics of the various locations and combine them into an exploration of time, presence, and community. C Duncan’s concert will embark on a journey of interpretation and musical negotiation between the three physical spaces, contributing to the continuous development of Punkt Festival’s Live remix concept.
